Step by step to request a refund

1. Access the Shopee app and sign in to your account. Go to My Purchases and click the To Ship button.


2. Choose the product you want to return. And click on the image.

3. Scroll down the scroll bar and tap Refund.

4 . After selecting the products for return, fill in the required fields and click Submit. Here is an important caveat. It is essential that you elaborate a complete description of the problem found, with clarity of details. Do this on the Reason button, select reason. The more objective and clear you are, the fewer new problems will arise.

Therefore, enter the reason for needing a return refund in the message. Send photos of items that do not match the product’s advertisement or that are defective and inform your personal email.
